The Lodge

We are excited to offer NEW booking options for our guests! Book the entire lodge for up to 8 adults and 2 children on a self-catering basis, OR choose to book just the Chalet for up to 4 adults and up to 4 children (it’ll be tight though!). For couples, our Love room is ideal- it’s available with meals prepared by our US-trained owner (seasonally), or as a “bed only” option.

The entrance to the Villa is through 2 large wooden doors that lead into an open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, all of which are wheelchair accessible! The fully equipped kitchen contains a large double-door fridge-freezer, ample food storage, a 5-plate gas stove and an oven.

The Villa’s main living area opens onto a massive deck with an outdoor lounge, dining table and braai, offering guests the opportunity to view the local wildlife walking through the bush garden. On either side of the main living area are 2 en-suite bedrooms and a TV room.

The Chalet: From the main living area, it’s a short walk through the garden along raised walkways lit up at night creating an incredible outdoor ambience. The walkways lead to a swimming pool, a second bar and lounge area and the other 2 en-suite bedrooms. The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with either King or Queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms and outdoor showers.

Our newest option is our Family Cabin, which includes 2 single beds put together to form a King, and a loft which sleeps 3 children comfortably, plus a cot for a child and/or crib. Rustic and modern, this includes a deluxe shower, washer and dryer, fridge, gas stove and oven, and lots of pantry space. NOTE: The Cabin is offered as “self-catering” only, due to its remote location and family style amenities.
